Venue & travel / The venue
Aboard the SS Rotterdam.
CAETS 2027 gathers aboard the SS Rotterdam, the city’s historic ocean liner turned hotel and congress venue, permanently moored on the Maas.
Location
A conference base in the heart of the city.
CAETS 2027 takes place aboard the SS Rotterdam, the 1959 flagship ocean liner of the Holland America Line, now permanently docked on the Maas as a hotel, congress and event venue. Its grand ballrooms and theatre give the conference a fitting stage: a piece of maritime engineering history, repurposed rather than retired, echoing the very theme of turning water from foe to friend.
